Building Access – Authorisation

Buff Dubs Pty Ltd t/a Silver Trak Digital provides critical services to the motion picture industry and is a trusted partner for many of Australia’s and International studios and distributors. To maintain our high level of customer service and client trust security of our building is of paramount importance. We are granting you access under strict Terms and Condition of entry. These Terms and Condition are covered in our Building Access Agreement provided to you.

As part of this Agreement you will be granted building access Keys and/or Cards and will be held liable for the correct use and timely return of these items after project completion. While one building Key will be assigned to the Project Lead - each person working on the project will need to be assigned an independent Access Card.

Personal Acknowledgment
I understand and accept that I will be held responsible for the correct use and safe keeping of any access devices (key or card) that are provided to me and my team and acknowledge that these devices are provided on a temporary basis for project activity. Any loss, damage or non return within 24 hours of project completion will incur financial penalty and potential exclusion from future building access.

• For loss/damage/no-return of security key – the financial penalty levied will be not less than $2,000
• For Loss/damage/non-return of Access Card – the financial penalty levied will be $150.
